Main Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly upon entry and exit
- Managing transactions with accuracy using a cash register
- Balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
- Scanning goods and ensuring correct pricing and quantities
- Accepting various payment methods and providing change
- Issuing coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
- Processing returns and refunds, resolving customer complaints
- Bagging and wrapping goods for safe transport
- Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to resolve complaints effectively
