Work Location: Fort Worth, TX



Job Purpose

The Administrative Production Associate is responsible for the organization and maintenance of the administrative duties that ensure the smooth functioning of the office and business, including product inventory communications. This position is also responsible for the daily task of preparing orders to be given to the production rooms.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manages and occasionally helps to print, organize, and rip daily orders for the production departments to pack orders
  • Maintain all forms of communication with outside vendors, coworkers, and managers in a timely and effective manner
  • Verifies record keeping is accurate and up to date
  • Assists in the verification and communication of inventory counts and needs
  • Stand in as an approved backup receiver for any shipments that arrive when other approved staff is not available to receive product
  • Assist in providing necessary security and safety in the working environment
  • Attends meetings of the purpose of supporting and directing other staff and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
  • Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings as needed
  • Act as the onsite liaison for the Human Resources Department and conduct new hire orientations.
  • Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the facility.
  • Positive, professional attitude towards coworkers and other people you come in contact with in the business setting.
  • Comply and enforce GMP and SQF Standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), and must have a minimum of two years work experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

The employee must regularly lift and /or move objects up to 40 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This position works in a warehouse setting. The role routinely gathers information, review processes, and present recommendations to management. This role may also be required to assist all departments when needed. This role regularly is required to walk and stand on hard floors for extended amounts of time.
