Culvers is looking for General Managers
Responsibilities:
- Control food cost and labor cost to increase profitability and operation of the store.
- Lead a team of up to 10 different managers to drive positive change in our organization.
- Lead a team of up to 80 different employees to provide fast and friendly service while maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Help the business stay involved in the community: coordinating fundraisers, outreach events, and recruiting events.
- Grow the business and meet goals for growth in sales and experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to solve problems in an organization; creating consensus amongst a team to enact change.
- High-school diploma
