A Chick-fil-A Marketing Supervisor is a professional who oversees and implements marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, increase sales, and build community relationships. They play a key role in creating and executing marketing plans, managing social media, and engaging with the local community.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing and executing marketing plans: This includes creating annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, setting strategies, and tracking results.
· Managing social media: Outlining social media calendars, creating content, and engaging with followers.
· Community engagement: Building relationships with community organizations, participating in local events, and supporting fundraising efforts.
· Sales and catering support: Collaborating with the catering team to increase sales and working to meet catering goals.
· Budget management: Overseeing marketing expenses and ensuring efficient use of resources.
· Analyzing market trends: Staying informed about competitor activity and consumer behavior.
· Promoting national campaigns: Implementing marketing initiatives at the local level.
· Ensuring brand consistency: Maintaining brand standards and ensuring all marketing efforts align with Chick-fil-A's values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for building relationships with customers, community partners, and team members.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills: Required for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
· Creative problem-solving abilities: Necessary for developing innovative marketing strategies and overcoming challenges.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred .
· Previous marketing and/or restaurant experience is often preferred .
· Mature, dependable, and results-oriented
· Self-starter, creative, flexible, and able to adapt
· Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic
· Continuously represents the brand positively in a multitude of settings and generate brand awareness by being an opinion leader in his/her community
· Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
· Minimum of 30 hours per week
