Splash Summit Waterpark is seeking Supervisors to join our team. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience. You will oversee the daily operations of one of our kitchens, leading and training a talented team. We are currently seeking supervisors in these kitchens:
- Summit Grill (American Comfort Foods)
- Snack Shacks (Ice Cream, Dole Whip, Nachos, Mixed Sodas)
- Ben's Pretzels
- Roaming Supervisor (Could work in any of our 7 Kitchens)
- Cabanas (Serving our VIP Guests)

Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Work around 30 hours a week from May to September
- Must be willing to work either 4th of July or 24th of July weekend
- Help hire and train cooks and food attendants
- Schedule Employees and manage time off requests
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the food
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable work place
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler’s Permit or willingness to get it
- 2 years experience in the food industry
- 1 Year experience managing other people
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer programs
- Experience with the programs "When 2 Work" and "Heartland" is Helpful
