Security Guard

Are you looking for a job where you can have fun while keeping people safe? Look no further! As a Splash Summit Security Guard, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring the safety and security of all park visitors while having a blast!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the park for safety concerns and respond quickly to any incidents or emergencies.
• Patrol the park to ensure that all park policies and procedures are being followed.
• Assist guests with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify and report any suspicious activity or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in training and ongoing education to stay up-to-date with park safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other park employees, including management, to identify and implement new procedures for improving park safety and security.
• Secure park areas before and after opening hours, and ensure that all equipment and supplies are secured.
• Maintain accurate records of daily park incidents and report to management.
• Assist with lost and found items, ensuring they are returned to their rightful owners.
• Be a role model for other employees by exhibiting professionalism, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the job.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.
• Good observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good record-keeping and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education.
• Ability to communicate effectively with park visitors and other employees.
• Ability to secure park areas and equipment.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to have fun while keeping people safe.
• Ability to use communication technology such as walkie-talkies and two-way radios.

Opening day is May 25, but we will have work crew and orientation days starting May 4
