Position Type:

  • Highest level of store leadership
  • Full-time, 40-45 hours / week with Friday and Saturday availability
  • Oversight of the daily store business as well as outside store operations including the catering and food trailer operations 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large organization of over 100 FTE including multiple levels of store leadership
  • Work alongside Operator/Owner on the execution of the strategic plan
  • Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday culture
  • Maintain the leadership team alignment on the vision of the Operator.
  • Execute on the Food Safety, Food Quality, and Customer Service standards
  • Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant
  • Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high-performance team that embodies the vision of the business
  • Create, lead, and implement systems that will be the standard for all Front and/or Back of House innovation and high-performance teams throughout the restaurant

Required and/or Preferred Qualification:

  • Three (3) years of prior leadership experience demonstrating skills in retail, sales, customer service, management, organization, and training development (Required qualification)
  • Bachelors Degree or above, preferably in a Business, Human Resources or a hospitality specialty (Preferred qualification)
  • Proven experience in a similar employee development, training development and/or trainer role, regardless of industry (Required)
  • Demonstrated strong executive leadership experience (Required)
  • ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Required)
  • High standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service (Required)
  • Exhibits a natural ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others and themselves (Required)
  • Positive attitude (Required)
  • Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Preferred qualification)
  • Lean Management and Continuus Improvement training (Preferred)
