As a Restaurant Director you will lead daily operations of the of restaurant team to ensure the team exceeds guest expectations.  Collaborate with team members and other restaurant leads to ensure performance goals are achieved through excellent communication and motivation. As one of several restaurant operations leads you will work along side other Restaurant Operations Leads in a team model. Principle focus areas include leading the team in serving guests and food accuracy, ensuring efficient flow of operation to meet demand including the dining room and drive through, ensuring cleanliness and safety, working to meet goals, training team members, and effectively communicating around accomplishments, opportunities, and new initiatives.

  • Starting pay target of $60,000/year
  • Target of 48 hour work week
  • Must have availability to include the ability to participate in a rotating leadership schedule that includes opening, closing, and some Saturdays.

Required and/or Preferred Qualification:

  • Must have open availability to work a flexible schedule
  • 4+ years of team leadership experience is required
  • Restaurant leadership experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and demanding environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate across the team
  • Desire to lead, train and develop people
  • Desire to serve guests and ensure genuine hospitality
  • Goal-oriented and a self starter
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Preferred qualification)
