Front of House Team Member Responsibilities

  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, say “my pleasure!”
  • Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
  • Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork
  • Take orders on registers, providing correct change and accurate orders to guests 
  • Quickly bag and deliver food with order accuracy
  • Maintain clean working environment
  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
  • Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence

 

Front of House Team Member Requirements

  • Capable of working on your feet for 6-10 hours
  • Able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills 

 


Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Must be available to work Saturdays.


Location: Chick-fil-A Black Lake Kissimmee. FL
