POSITION SUMMARY

Crew Members are the frontline ambassadors of the Tropical Smoothie Café – Skyway experience.

In this role, team members prepare smoothies and food, maintain a clean and organized café, and deliver fast, friendly service that reflects our mission:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Crew Members are responsible for supporting daily café operations, including:

Guest Service

• Greet every guest with energy and professionalism

• Provide accurate order taking and menu guidance

• Deliver orders quickly and correctly

• Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism

Smoothie & Food Preparation

• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and food items according to brand recipes

• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service periods

• Ensure presentation standards are met

Café Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures

• Support opening, shift, and closing cleaning duties

Teamwork

• Support fellow team members during peak hours

• Communicate clearly with shift leaders and managers

• Contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture

OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS

Crew Members are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for every shift

• Maintain clean and professional uniform standards

• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements

• Follow all attendance, scheduling, and call-off policies

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENT

All team members must obtain a Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire in accordance with company policy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position may require:

• Standing for extended periods

• Lifting up to 50 pounds

• Working in a fast-paced environment

• Repetitive food preparation tasks
