Chick-fil-A Cleveland – Food Sampler & Dining Room Hospitality Team Member
Chick-fil-A Cleveland is seeking an enthusiastic, guest‑focused individual to serve as our Food Sampler. This role is designed to elevate the guest experience by offering product samples during designated times of day and at special events.
When not sampling, this team member supports the dining room by engaging with guests, refreshing tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
Core Responsibilities
Food Sampling
•Present and distribute samples of featured menu items during scheduled sampling times.
•Engage guests with a friendly, confident approach that reflects Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards.
• Share basic product information (ingredients, flavor profile, limited-time offerings) in a clear and positive way.
•Maintain a clean, organized sampling station and follow all food safety guidelines.
•Support sampling efforts at special events, promotions, or community activities.
Dining Room Hospitality
• Perform table touch-ins to ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional visit.
•Assist with clearing and sanitizing tables, restocking condiments, and maintaining a clean
dining room.
• Offer refills, provide high-chair or booster seat assistance, and anticipate guest needs.
•Create a warm, welcoming environment for families, children, and guests of all ages.
Requirements & Qualifications
•Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction.
•Strong communication skills and comfort initiating conversations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
•Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards.
•Flexible availability, including peak meal times and occasional events.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
