Chick-fil-A Cleveland is looking for a enthusiastic person to work as our cow mascot. This person should bring the character to life, help energizing crowd at sports, corporate, or community events through, dance, skits, and non-verbal interaction while wearing a costume. Key responsibilities include maintaining the character’s persona, ensuring high-energy engagement, taking photos, and adhering to safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
- Attitude: Have a positive attitude and love serving and helping others.

- Performance: Execute, develop, and perform, dance routines, skits, and, crowd-engagement, activities.
- Engagement: Interact with fans of all ages, posing for photos, and, signing autographs if required.
- Character Maintenance: Remain in character at all times while in costume; maintain, the,, suit, and,, report, damage.
- Event Participation: Attend, home, games, parades, and,,, promotions, including, evenings, and, weekends.
- Safety & Coordination: Adhere to safety guidelines and coordinate, movements, with, game, management, or, marketing, staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Language: Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical Stamina: Excellent physical condition, with the ability to perform in a, heavy, or, warm, suit, for, extended, periods. Be able to lift up to 65 lbs
- Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and, creative.
- Skills: Experience in acting, dancing, or, improv, is, often, preferred.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including holidays, and weekends. Must be reliable and consistent
- Background: Previous experience as a, mascot, for, a, sports, team, or, theme, park, is often desired. Must have a valid driving's license
Physical and Working Conditions
- The role requires standing, walking, dancing, and, jumping for hours at a time.
- Performers often work in high-temperature environments inside the costume with limited visibility.
