Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Master responsibilities in all kitchen stations, including: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock and manage kitchen inventory and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Stay informed on new menu items and procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues to leadership promptly
- Complete all assigned opening or closing responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing training and maintain knowledge of procedures and updates
- Follow all Chick-fil-A rules, safety guidelines, and dress code policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Consistent and reliable with strong work ethic
- Cheerful, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Customer service oriented, even when working behind the scenes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about serving others and maintaining a high-quality food experience and food safety excellence
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 30–50 lbs regularly
