Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a warm smile and enthusiastic attitude
- Create and maintain eye contact and emotional connections with guests
- Take accurate orders and ensure prompt service both inside restaurant and in Drive-Thru
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area, restrooms, and front counter
- Restock supplies and assist guests at the drink and condiment stations
- Communicate clearly with both guests and team members
- Multi-task efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards, policies, and dress code
- Support your team by being adaptable, dependable, and proactive
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Passion for serving others and creating remarkable experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–40 lbs regularly
