What You’ll Do
Guest Experience
- Greet guests with a smile and deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality”
- Take accurate orders, make recommendations, and help guests feel welcome
- Create a positive atmosphere by using “Tropitude” — energy, friendliness, and fun
Food & Smoothie Prep
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items to brand standards
- Make smoothies consistently and accurately
- Maintain food safety and sanitation practices at all time
- Keep prep stations stocked, clean, and organized
Café Operations
- Operate the register, handle payments, and follow cash-handling procedures
- Perform regular daily cleaning: kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations
- Follow opening, shift, and closing responsibilities
- Support your team and jump into any position as needed

- Must be legally eligible to work within state and federal guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for the full duration of your shift
- Lift/carry up to 25 lbs (ice, trash, boxes, etc.)
- Work in a fast-paced café environment
- Regular face-to-face interaction with guests and team members
Schedule Expectations
- Flexible scheduling
- Some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed
- Shifts typically range 4–8 hours
