Chick-fil-A Director of Operations oversee the restaurant on the Front Counter and in the Kitchen. This full time position is a majority hands on role that is responsible for the restaurant's Food Cost, Labor Cost, and Performance results.
To be successful in their role, the Director of Operations should:
- Develop high caliber leaders rather than just train them.
- Maintain & Lead a staff of 80+ people
- Clearly and Consistently communicate goals for performance
- Understand and maintain Chick-fil-A Standards in products, service, and environment
- Demonstrate personal leadership through Punctuality, Integrity, and Time Management
- Directly impact and influence restaurant financials through food cost and labor management
- Receive positive and negative feedback well from subordinates and superiors
- Have a proven track record of rallying a large team around long-term goals and performance metrics
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends consistently
- Must be able to work 45+ hours per week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in person, through writing, and electronically
- Generally Open Availability
- Must have a solid understanding of Technology systems
- Have 2+ years of experience leading a team of more than 5 people
