Director of Operations

Rate of pay$17 - 20 per hour

Chick-fil-A Director of Operations oversee the restaurant on the Front Counter and in the Kitchen. This full time position is a majority hands on role that is responsible for the restaurant's Food Cost, Labor Cost, and Performance results.


To be successful in their role, the Director of Operations should:

  • Develop high caliber leaders rather than just train them.
  • Maintain & Lead a staff of 80+ people
  • Clearly and Consistently communicate goals for performance
  • Understand and maintain Chick-fil-A Standards in products, service, and environment
  • Demonstrate personal leadership through Punctuality, Integrity, and Time Management
  • Directly impact and influence restaurant financials through food cost and labor management
  • Receive positive and negative feedback well from subordinates and superiors
  • Have a proven track record of rallying a large team around long-term goals and performance metrics

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work weekends consistently
  • Must be able to work 45+ hours per week
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in person, through writing, and electronically
  • Generally Open Availability
  • Must have a solid understanding of Technology systems
  • Have 2+ years of experience leading a team of more than 5 people
