The Stand has grown to 22 locations across California and Texas, and we're not slowing down. We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who's ready to own a shift, help develop a team, and grow into a General Manager role.

What You'll Own as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Shift leadership and a true point person, front of house, kitchen and guests
- Team development: training and coaching
- Daily operations: support, ordering, opening/closing
- Guest experience and complaint resolution
- Cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
- Total Restaurant awareness — you'll understand how your shift impacts the stores success
What We're Looking For: an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- 1+ year of restaurant management or AGM experience
- Strong communicator who leads by example on the floor
- Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told what to do
- 21+ years old, full-time availability including weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- Tip pool (~$5–7/hr average) + performance bonus
- Up to $27.00 per hour
