Restaurant General Manager – The Stand Restaurant Santee
Location: 9355 Mission Gorge Rd suite 119, Santee, CA 92071, USA
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Pay: Starting at $85000.00 - $90000.00 per year per year (plus bonus program)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and food quality.
- Actively engage with guests, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and control costs.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and technology systems (POS, online orders, delivery).
- Foster a positive, values-driven culture and recognize team achievements.
- Communicate with corporate/regional leadership and complete required reporting.
- Be available for peak hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in high-volume restaurants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for guest service, team development, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze financials and drive results.
- Flexible schedule: 10AM–8PM, 50 hours/week, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to stand, walk, and lift as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- No formal education requirement.
