Responsibilities
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Prepares a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items including pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees (salad station, sandwich station, etc.)
- Properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies; cover, date, correctly store & rotate food items
- Follow procedures of all recipes and techniques
- Ability to read par levels and create a daily prep list
- Know and follow all food and workplace safety standards
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
- Takes temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately, providing documentation on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist
- Able to operate dishwashing equipment as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

- Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Someone who is consistent in their: attendance, performance , attitude and ability to follow instructions
