We're looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our daytime Back of House team.
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll help prepare fresh, high-quality food while working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced, organized environment.
Whether you have previous kitchen experience or are looking to learn new skills, we provide training and opportunities for growth.
Position Details:
- Daytime kitchen positions available
- Starting pay: $16 per hour
- Consistent daytime availability preferred
- Full-time and part-time daytime opportunities available.
- Monday–Saturday scheduling (closed Sundays)
- Located inside CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, TN

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment
- Stay updated on new products and menu items
- Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
- Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to consistently work daytime shifts, including lunch hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Willingness to learn and follow systems and procedures
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
