Join our Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria team! We're looking for dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join our evening Back of House team.

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help prepare fresh, high-quality food while working alongside a supportive team committed to excellent service and food safety.
Position Details
- Evening and closing shifts available
- Part-time opportunities available
- Starting pay based on experience and availability
- Monday–Saturday scheduling (closed Sundays)
- Evening and Saturday availability preferred
- Located inside CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, TN

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Work efficiently during busy dinner periods.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing procedures.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Learn multiple kitchen positions and support teammates.
- Maintain an organized and safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow Team Members.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Evening availability preferred.
- Saturday availability preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
- Must meet applicable age and work eligibility requirements.
