Chick-fil-A is looking for hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality food in a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting our mission to serve great food with genuine care.
Position Details:
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Only open from 10 am - 8 pm
- Shifts range from 9am-9pm
- This position requires availability on Friday and Saturday nights.
- Mall Location: All shifts are inside the air-conditioned food court

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a neat and clean kitchen environment
- Stay updated on new products and menu items
- Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
- Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Willingness to learn and follow systems and procedures
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required
