What You’ll Do
- Welcome Guests: Greet guests with genuine hospitality and assist with condiments, trays, or seating needs.
- Guest Care: Check in with guests during their meal, assist with beverage refills, and ensure everyone dining in the Food Court has an exceptional experience.
- Keep It Clean: Help maintain a spotless front counter by cleaning and sanitizing throughout your shift.
- Support the Team: Jump in where needed to help your fellow team members during high-volume times.
- Uphold Our Standards: Represent Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, friendly attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum age: 14 (Would make a great first job!)
