- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards according to health regulations.
- Train and mentor team members to support their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in quick-service.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
