Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily janitorial operations for various customer contracts .
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
· Manage and motivate a diverse team to meet operational and quality objectives.
· Serve as the local point of contact for client needs and issue resolution.
· Track and report key performance indicators to senior leadership.
· Ensure resources, personnel, and timelines are aligned to meet contract requirements.
