What You'll Own

o  Full ownership of contract performance, team execution, and quality standards across multiple sites.

o  Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing teams with high accountability and clear KPIs.

o  Problem-solving in real time, anticipating issues before they happen and building long-term solutions.

o  Client relationship management with weekly check-ins and scope alignment.

o  Process improvement and documentation using tools like Smart Inspect and KPI tracking systems.

o  Driving company values (LDRSHIP) in culture, communication, and day-to-day leadership.


Key Success Metrics

o  100% on-time completion of monthly Quality Control (QC) reports.

o  Employee retention rate above 85% in your contracts.

o  100% Client Retention Rate.

o  30-day ramp-up for new hires into full productivity.

o  Operational costs kept within budget while improving output.

o  Consistent communication touch-points with internal leadership and external clients.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

o  Minimum of (5) years industry experience.

o  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

o  Proven and documented track record of responsibilities in the job.

o  Exceptional client focus skills and superior presentation skills.

o  Ability to present and influence customer and internal management.

o  Excellent leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

o  Must be able to problem solve complex issues to ensure client satisfaction.

o  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o  Experience with creating and managing complex budgets.

o  Ability to self-manage daily activities and ensure safety standards are maintained.

o  Manage and track invoices for additional services.

o  Must be flexible with work hours and schedule.

o  Preferred technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.

o  Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel.

o  Excellent project and program management skills.

o  Strong negotiation, conflict management, time management and follow up skills.

o  Maintain clean driving record and background.
