At Seniors Helping Seniors, we connect caring individuals with older adults who need a helping hand, companionship, and support to remain independent in their own homes. Our caregivers provide practical assistance and meaningful companionship while helping seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Whether you have years of caregiving experience or are new to the field, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate companionship and in-home support to seniors.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
  • Help with light household tasks and other everyday activities.
  • Encourage clients to stay active, engaged, and connected.
  • Build trusting relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Provide dependable, respectful care while promoting independence and dignity.

What We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling – weekdays, weekends, and a variety of shift lengths.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for mature, compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.

  • Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but not required – we provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, patient, and respectful.
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
  • A genuine desire to help seniors live safely and independently.

Driving experience and/or access to reliable transportation are a nice-to-have, particularly for assignments that may involve transportation or locations that are less accessible by public transit.
