Manager in Training - Southridge Center

Pay: Up to $22.50/hr based on experience, availability, and overall qualifications

What You'll Learn

• Front of House and Back of House operational leadership

• Labor management and shift execution

• Food safety and quality standards

• Inventory management and ordering systems

• Team coaching, accountability, and development

• Conflict resolution and leadership communication

• Guest experience and hospitality excellence

• Business metrics including labor cost, food cost, and guest satisfaction


Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during daily operations

• Help execute shifts while maintaining operational excellence

• Coach, develop, and encourage team members

• Assist with staffing, training, and accountability

• Ensure a positive guest experience through strong leadership

• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality

• Learn and apply key business and operational metrics

• Take on increasing levels of leadership responsibility throughout the training program


Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience required

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability

• Coachable attitude and willingness to receive feedback

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Weekend and evening availability required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
