Important Start Date Notice

This role is seasonal and scheduled to begin in March. We are currently interviewing ahead of the spring season and are looking for candidates who can commit to a March start.

What You’ll Do

As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll:

• Apply fertilizer and pest control treatments
• Diagnose weeds, insects, and turf issues
• Manage your own route of customers
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
• Provide friendly, helpful service and lawn care tips

What You’ll Get

• $900–$1,200/week starting pay
• Top performers earn $1,500+/week with commissions
• 8% commission on field sales (upsells, mosquito, etc.)
• No weekends — Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Paid training + pesticide license support

What You Bring

• Good energy, solid work ethic, and team-first mindset
• Great with people and comfortable talking to customers
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors
• MA pesticide license is preferred, but we will help qualified candidates obtain licensure if they do not already have one.
