Lawn Care Technician – Growth, Pay, and No Weekends

Pay & Schedule

• $900–$1,200/week starting pay
• Top performers earn $1,500+/week
• 8% commission on service upgrades
• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• No weekends

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizer and pest control treatments
• Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, insects, turf health)
• Manage a daily route
• Maintain equipment and follow safety standards
• Provide professional service to customers

Training & Growth

• Paid training
• Pesticide license support
• Company vehicle and equipment provided
• Clear path to leadership, sales, and operations roles

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and motivated
• Customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license (21+) with clean record
• Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
• MA pesticide license (or willingness to obtain)
