What You’ll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
- Apply safe, effective pest control treatments and follow all regulations
- Build relationships with customers and clearly explain services
- Manage a regular service route and maintain detailed digital records
- Represent our brand professionally in the field
- Help fine-tune protocols and set the standard for how we operate
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed pest control technician (Massachusetts certification required)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience preferred
- Self-starter who thrives independently but works well with a team
- Comfortable in the field, solving real problems outdoors
- Great communicator with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
What We Offer
- $27–$33/hr depending on experience
- 8% commission on field sales + bonuses
