Now Hiring: Sales & Field Support Representative – Pest Control

Truly Gone is the brand-new pest control division of Truly Lawn, a trusted local company known for exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We’re expanding into pest control with the same customer-first mindset — and we’re looking for a motivated individual who wants more than a desk job.
This role is a hybrid position: part in-office sales, part field support. You’ll work closely with our pest control technician to learn the business hands-on, assist in the field when needed, and take advantage of opportunities to sell services directly to customers in the field.

What You’ll Do
In the Office (Sales & Coordination)
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and web inquiries
- Use Field Routes software to schedule services, manage customer accounts, and track follow-ups
- Educate customers on Truly Gone’s pest control services and preventative solutions
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales professionally
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales and customer records
- Coordinate closely with field technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
In the Field (Learning & Sales Support)
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed
- Ride along with pest control technicians to learn inspections, treatments, and service protocols
- Assist technicians as needed while learning the pest control business from the ground up
- Build relationships with customers during on-site visits
- Identify and close sales opportunities directly in the field when appropriate
- Represent the Truly Gone brand professionally at all times
- Help refine processes and contribute ideas to improve operations and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (pest control or service industry experience is a plus)
- Comfortable working both in an office setting and outdoors in the field
- Must be comfortable driving company vehicles
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn pest control services and regulations
- Team player with a positive attitude who’s ready to jump in where needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What We Offer
- Competitive base pay: $20–$25/hr, depending on experience
- 8% commission on closed sales (office and field sales) + performance bonuses
