Job Description:
Mr. Pickles Sandwich Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual restaurant, including managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with POS and financial management systems
- Food safety certification a plus
