Position Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Mead, CO. This full-time
position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial
coffee and restaurant equipment—including espresso machines, brewers, grinders,
and water filtration systems.
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and thrives in a field-based,
customer-facing role. You’ll work independently, diagnose and repair equipment
efficiently, and deliver outstanding service to our clients, including Ziggi’s Coffee and
other locations across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee and espresso
equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and testing to ensure optimal
performance and beverage quality.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding service
status and recommendations.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and manufacturer service standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours or emergency service
requests as needed.
• Stay current on new equipment and technologies through manufacturer
training and company support.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial equipment installation,
maintenance, and repair (preferred).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and willingness to travel to
customer locations.
• Technical training or certifications in mechanical or electrical systems
preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education a plus.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding
tasks safely.
• Prior experience with commercial coffee equipment repair strongly preferred.
Schedule & Travel
• Full-time, typically 8-hour shifts (hours may vary by service needs).
• Occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Frequent travel to customer locations within and outside of Colorado.
