We are looking for an experienced medical assistant for a clinic in Medford. It is desired to have 1-2 years of previous medical experience in a healthcare setting, working as an MA/CMA using Epic or other EMR software is a plus. 32 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. Tuesdays off!
$20-$25 DOE
Must be professional and detailed, can work at a fast pace, and be good with communication and patience.
Duties include:
- Rooming patients
- Patient treatment preparation
- Obtaining test results
- Assist and set up for procedures
Responsibilities:
- Room clean up and sanitation
- order tests
- prescription refills
- instrument and autoclaving
- patient callbacks
- assist with insurance referrals
- sterilization
- Ensure patient confidentiality, deliver exceptional customer service, and collaborate effectively as a team member.
Must pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
