A First Choice Staffing Service - Immediate Hire: Experienced Patient Service Rep/Medical Front Desk
Monday– Friday 7:50 am - 5:00 pm
Looking for someone with at least 1 year of concurrent employment in the medical field or a hospital setting within the last three years. (EPIC, NEXGEN, Athena, or other EHR systems) – Must have experience scheduling patients for a multi-specialty practice or hospital, answering multiple phone lines, attention to detail is a must, and the ability to multi-task/work well under pressure. Strong computer skills, data entry, and experience navigating medical records.
Pay depends on experience: $18-$21.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Answer phone
- Scheduling
- Manage patient inquiries and appointments
- Assist with billing and insurance verification
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Patient Service Rep
- Highly skilled in customer service and communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- EPIC is a plus
- Excellent communication
