We have two full-time LPN openings. One is Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm and the other is Sunday-Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Provide & assist in direct patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse as directed by the treatment team. Provide medical management of patients. Assist RN with environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population. Supervise as directed by RN. Document patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates. Work with the treatment team to provide consistent therapeutic care.

Wages are DOE.

Must be able to multitask, detailed, dependable, great with computers, professional, and team player.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
