REQUIRED: Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Sterilization Center (NBSTSC) or the American Society of Surgical Technologists (ASST).

Surgical Technician/Scrub Tech
We are looking to fill a surgical technologist position. This position will assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support throughout the surgery.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including setting up sterile equipment and supplies.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments, retracting tissue, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Maintain a sterile environment during surgery.
- Prepare patients for surgery, such as by disinfecting incision sites.
- Handle and dispose of medical waste.
- Document surgical procedures.
- Help with post-operative care, such as dressing changes and wound monitoring.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Sterilization Center (NBSTSC) or the American Society of Surgical Technologists (ASST)
Must pass criminal background checks, drug screens, and current reference checks. You must be at least 18 to apply.
