Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble fresh food and smoothies following café standards
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for food prep
- Operate the point-of-sale system to take customer orders and handle cash
- Maintain clean and stocked kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to every customer
- Support team by completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout shifts
- Bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 30 pounds
- Face-to-face interactions with customers and crew members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Schedule
- Must be over 18 years old with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays,
- Ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
