Key Responsibilities

- Train and develop team members on restaurant procedures and systems.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Assist with local marketing efforts to attract new guests.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant management experience required.
- Must be MTRA certified and ServSafe® certifiable.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards.
- Reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
