THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll step in as General Manager of a Culver’s restaurant — fully accountable for the guest experience, the financial performance, and the development of every person on your team. From day one you’ll be treated like an operator: real P&L exposure, a seat at the district leadership table, and a credible, structured pathway toward restaurant ownership. Our group is built for people who want to grow. The GMs around you are building their own paths. The DM you’ll work alongside is invested in your trajectory. WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Three domains. Full accountability.
Your People
Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Build your bench. Create shift leaders and assistant managers who go on to lead their own restaurants. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and coaching conversations that move people forward — not just address problems.
Your P&L
Own every line of your restaurant’s financial performance — labor, food cost, and overall profitability. You’ll have full visibility into your numbers and be expected to have a point of view on all of them. Run it like your name is on the deed.
Your Guests
Set and enforce the standard for hospitality, speed, and accuracy every single shift. Lead a team that delivers a consistently exceptional experience — fast, friendly, and accurate. Every guest who walks in should leave wondering why every restaurant can’t be this good.
Beyond the three core domains: bi-monthly manager meetings, performance reviews, inventory and product rotation, precision scheduling against sales forecasts, and serve as the operational expert your team comes to first — not last.
THE WINNING PROFILE

• You talk about past restaurants using “I built,” “I fixed,” “I decided.” You own the outcomes — good and bad.
• You’re in the numbers. Labor %, food cost variance, drive-thru window time — you have a point of view on all three.
• You develop people deliberately. Someone on your team right now is better because of what you did, not what happened to them.
• You close the loop. When something is broken, you find it, fix it, and make sure it stays fixed. You don’t wait to be told twice.
• You’ve absorbed hard feedback and used it. You can name the last time a tough conversation made you better.
• You have a “why.” The idea of owning something — being fully accountable, fully rewarded — isn’t abstract to you. It’s the direction you’re already moving.
