Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure team executes Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality
- Foster a positive, caring environment for both guests and team members
- Provide real-time coaching, direction, and accountability to team members
- Support training and onboarding of new hires
- Execute opening, mid, or closing shift procedures with accuracy and urgency
- Manage labor, food cost, and other shift metrics according to business needs
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and care
- Communicate clearly with Directors and fellow leaders to ensure consistent execution of goals and systems
- Champion Chick-fil-A’s Core 4 and Second Mile Service behaviors at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, reliability, and personal accountability
- Ability to lead and influence peers with confidence and humility
- Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays
