Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Operate cash register efficiently, handling sales and returns accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors
- Assist with stocking, pricing, and bagging merchandise
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues
- Participate in store and cashier meetings to stay informed and engaged
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and climb as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
