Customer Service Excellence
- Provide a positive and friendly representation of Ace Hardware to every customer.
- Assist customers proactively in solving problems and offer personalized service.
- Greet customers warmly and thank them as they leave the store.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and store layout awareness.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.
Store Operations Support
- Help receive, stock, and price merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and order across the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas.
- Assist with merchandise resets, signage updates, and special orders.
- Operate forklift with proper training to support stocking activities.
- Contribute to a safe, professional, and positive work environment.
Physical and Teamwork Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders as needed.
- Be professional in appearance and actions, and participate actively in store meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with department specialists and management.
