Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, and repair power equipment with precision and care
- Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs
- Test and diagnose engine malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and warranties
- Order and manage replacement parts inventory efficiently
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide a positive and professional representation of the store
- Assist customers proactively and solve problems with a friendly demeanor
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively
- Share your expert knowledge of products and store layout
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ensure a safe, professional, and supportive workplace for all associates
- Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and operating equipment
- Work on-site with a schedule that includes day shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
