Home Instead, a leader in in-home care for older adults, is seeking a motivated Caregiver to deliver high-quality, personalized care to seniors, allowing them to age comfortably at home. As a Care Professional, you will provide essential services, companionship, and emotional support to clients while assisting with daily activities and personal care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring
- Offer medication reminders and specialized care for clients with cognitive conditions
- Engage clients in stimulating activities and outings
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying home environments
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid Level 2 background check and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain both)
- Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred but not required
