Manager to lead our Jimmy John’s operations. This role requires a

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the Jimmy John’s location, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance, ensuring team alignment with Strange Allegro’s core values.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure efficient cost control to meet profit goals.
- Implement marketing strategies and community outreach to grow brand presence and sales.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect within the team.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (experience with Jimmy John’s preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
