What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support daily restaurant operations including speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality
- Lead and support team members during shifts—coaching in real time
- Help train new hires and reinforce Jimmy John’s standards and systems
- Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste
- Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience
- Step in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
