Lead line cook with knowledge of all associated task from prep, boiler, window, and fry.

Fast moving, calm under pressure, and able to lead a crew by example. Uphold recipe adherence and policy. 3 years full service restaurant experience preferred. 40 - 45 hours a week. Closed Sundays.
